scolarship for phd (Question)

I am persuing my msc degree from Calcutta University,India in Neuroscience.i would like to know as to how can i apply in Singapore University for my PHD and how can i get a scolarship to study there..plz help

    Hi Shilpa, To study in Singapore Universities you should give IELTS exam. Universities expect you to send them a research proposal. That research proposal is sent to the Research Coordinator and then further formalities start. I would advise you to kindly refer to the universities website for more information.
