    Hello,

In reference to your query, regarding future prospects in Singapore for mechanical engineers well Singaporean economy is majorly based on exports of goods.

Among the best sectors which contribute maximum to the GDP is mechanical engineering sector as well.

Singapore is a very small country but has a very diverse economy. It is also considered as one of the best locations world wide for business.

Now coming to education, National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University are both very popular Universities. Both of them find place among the top ranking Universities across the world.

But as you can apply to only two Universities in Singapore, I would advise you to consider some other destination as well. In fact because of much lower expenses in Singapore, lot of competitive students apply to these Universities.

Thus for better admission chances, consider applying to US and if your undergraduate percentage is above 70% you chances would be bright in Canada too.

In reference to the work post study, one can apply for an employment pass once you have a job offer. For first time applicants it is for a duration of two years. It is renewable and secondly people on employment pass are eligible to apply for a PR as well.

In case you are looking forward towards professional assistance to take care of your admissions and Visa process, we can guide you further as well.

For this you communicate with me further at ankita.arora@learnhub.com

Hope to hear from you soon!
